PASTOR JESSIE DENNIS

Senior pastor / teacher

Pastor Jessie J Dennis is a native of Alabama. He moved to Louisiana in 1985, and he is a proud owner of his  Logistics company. In 1993, he married Lady Kinyadu Dennis and has four children and four grand-daughters. 

In 1994, he accepted his call to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and first began preaching at Community Temple of Praise in Slidell, LA. In 1996, he was led by God to join Faith Hope & Charity Mission Church, under the leadership of the late Rev. Anthony T Milton, Sr.. He served faithfully as the Assistant Pastor until Rev. Milton transitioned to be with the Lord. 

With his outstanding leadership, transparent teaching and use of various gifts of the Holy Spirit, he aims to reach the lost and hurting with the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a non-traditional, non-judgemental setting. Because of his God-given ministry, many lives have been transformed and uplifted as he teaches the Word of God with simplicity and keeps it relevant for all generational age groups. He is the founder of the Reflection of Christ Ministries which includes the ROC Early Learning Center, the now ten-year annual FHC Vision Conference and the Reflection of Christ Broadcast which can be heard every Saturday morning on Hallelujah 940AM and iHEART Radio at 10AM.

Throughout the years, Pastor Jessie Dennis, with the loving support of the Faith Hope & Charity family, have continued to pour into the lives of the youth by providing scholarships, hosting youth conferences and youth seminars, providing various opportunities for the youth to travel throughout the country, sponsored the FHC Summer Enrichment Camp and the three-day Unstoppable Youth Retreat each year.

Additionally, Pastor Jessie Dennis and the FHC family continues to serve surrounding communities through the Food for Family Program and Food for Seniors Program.

As the church continues to grow, Pastor Jessie Dennis continues to strive to remain relevant, advance in technology, and maintain a culture of love and respect in an effort to reach the lost and hurting with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
